TRF appear very confident of what they have and want to maximise the value of the project for their shareholders using finance they are able to raise without relying on a third party.
Then there are ways of bringing in, if necessary, other interests once more of the project's value is reflected in TRF's share price. (For example, if the aim is to develop a larger project such as 30 million tonnes a year.)
A bit of panic out there should present a good buying opportunity for those not already set.
