The consultant in this case is Azure who would be well versed in the prospects of CDU given their work in securing the placements. I have no doubt that they will be able to offload these shares at a price suitable to them.
If however, this was say a consultant geo, it would give me a differing level of confidence (increased).
but still, $350K is $350K irrespective.
