Don't drink the stuff, but if I did I'd buy the one that featured the whole army of people running across paddocks in New Zealand. Great ad, think the beer was Carlton Draught. Yeh, it's all in the marketing. In a previous life I noticed that when guys weren't paying for their drinks ie putting it on their room tabs Boag and Crownies were about even with the corporates. Guys wearing shorts and thongs (like my hubby) went for VB's. I suppose in all honesty, the guys out to impress were the former, and the guys who didn't need to impress, the latter.
