Let all the Telco's/ISP's share equal regulatory responsibilities, including the USO, and free enterprise will sort out the men from the boys..

The NBN, from my understanding, correct me if I am wrong, will not rectify this issue.. The onus for the USO will remain with Telstra and not pass onto the NBN, which is utter TRIPE.. Also, the weight of the regulatory enviroment post NBN will still weigh on Telstra's shoulders, so all it creates is more ISP to piggybank the NBN and Telstra..
