I know there has been a bit of controversy over the pictures someone posted about a netbay free wifi signal in flinders etc.

I emailled to find out if they had any offices other than their box hill location, as per business directories saying they were on collins st.

Their response (below) says that indeed, they have no office in Collins st, or near the station, so that signal should be seen as a positive IMO. Apologies to Pesce on this one, as you were right bud, I was just going by a number of links (google netbay collins st) that all stated netbay had an office there:
