Hi Ladies and Gents

I'm all confused ;) if AVX is worth around $151-$256 why do we have to have that ridiculous ratio of 1 PGL for 12.857 AVX?

As I Understand PGL is supposedly bringing something around $35 to $40 Mills into the partnership.

I can understand all that stuff about cash is king in this market and so on but the arrangement doesn’t look all that hot from AVX holder’s viewpoint.

Don’t think we needed that cheeky sweet lil genius Drona to give away AVX did we? My Old grandma can do a better job LOL ,,,LOL

Am I missing something?
