Few things missing out of the IOT prospectus. Duffell was Executive Director of Signature Brands (Chairman for a while) between 2004 and 2006 when it went bust after virtually everything they tried to do blew up. Seems strange that ASIC didn't read the prospectus and ask him to put that in. Who was there too spruiking his crappy Koala Blue brand? Yep Sean Neylon. Neylon's Barons thing had its issues too.
