Tolate is a nice person who has been courteous at least to me. I won't subject him to the ritual. He is just a bit misguided IMO about the significance of the litigation which I reckon will be thrown out by the judge.

My biggest apprehension was the arbitrations in unfriendly European capitals lobbed by multiple companies. But that's also reassuringly being steam rolled by Cameroon, Congo and our Chinese partners.

There is nothing standing between us and the project signing. Omicron is clearly a problem but huge deals nowadays are often done virtually. Give or take a few weeks here and there, it won't change the outcome. Nothing to fret about. LOL
