    in reference to comments above, think certainly true for placement...."should" be money in the bank. However for the rights issue am not sure. Patterson underwrote an issue last year for another company I was following, SP of that particular company fell well below asking price, and Pattersons had an out clause and pulled the plug. Hopefully SP holds up well here...we will see!
