It was my understanding that QTK was selling their Australian business but holding on to the infrastructure so that it would be a similar arrangement to South Africa.
It appears that there were no buyers and so they have now merged the business into Signature. Assuming there is no upfront cash payment from Signature hopefully QTK receives an ongoing revenue share.
Overall, little detail has been provided. It has hard to tell if this is a beneficial deal or not.
