Is this news disapointing? I suspect RWD had no intention of informing the market about the application and would have preferred to announce that they received formal clearance at a later date. The application is just another box ticked. There will be plenty of boxes to tick over the next 6 months. I think the clearance is a formality. Any body following other forums will be aware that our friend Desert has made it clear that the former chairman of WDLAC plans to object to the ILUA registration. Any problems/delays will arise from a few discontented individuals and the NT process allows for such people to voice their opinion. I agree with others here, If RWD has written a cheque then the company is very confident.
