No idea on a timeframe, I think mostly depends on InterOils LNG development. InterOil currently estimate first shipment in 2015. InterOils certified resource is 3.8tcf with massive flow rates (lower operating cost). Costing is $5-7bln for 6-9mtpa plant which is why it might stay close to the proposed development timetable. InterOil are attempting to sell stakes in the gasfield and proposed LNG facilty which could cause delays too. Other sources of gas (to the proposed EWC LNG Plant) apart from the 22.5% the Gulf Province entitlement from InterOils field (which will be sold to the proposed EWC LNG plant) are new finds other permit holders in the province or Gulf Province state owned areas.
