Are we missing something regarding these costean samples and the 'tracking' of the Loveringite float trends.
From a quick google, Loveringite appears to be a complex crystal containing many rare earth minerals and can vary markedly in its proportions of the individual rare earths. Accordingly if a sample has a higher than usual percentage of one element it will have a lower percentage of one or more other elements.
I am not sure what we are suppose to expect from costean samples ( a couple shallow shovelfuls of dirt from assumed intersects of the 'float trend'), are they just to help determine drilling program?
