Hi all,
There has been much written as to why the SP hasn't moved much on this announcement.
I can only assume people can't get their heads around it. Maybe they cant read?
Noble hasn't purchased a right to sell SDL's IO. Which is understandable as ultimately selling the IO is what a commodity trader does.
What is of significance is that Noble has guaranteed to purchase(at market) ALL the IO that SDL can produce in the first 10 years of production.
That's why this deal is bankable.
Thats why the SP can only go up as the market starts working this out!
