plugged: I am glad to see your reasonable post, i.e. a clearly BALANCED view.
Whilst like yourself I do STRONGLY believe that Shell will take up the option (and quite likely MAY have internally made this decision but also very likely NOT communicated this to FAR as yet)the decision can still go either way.
