Koko, very well thought out and supports my own opinion that it is not credible that Shell would still be analysing the CSEM data at this stage and putting their senior management and decision makers in the know only days before the deadline.

And as you have implied a positive result would require much preparatory work by Shell hence from their own internal project management perspective the deadline for their data analysis would have been back scheduled some time prior to FAR's requirements for a decision announcement late August.
