    My understanding of the BET is that the higher the number, the faster you can charge and discharge the battery. So you can charge the battery quicker and it will deliver more power when you need it. The only issue with that is the heat generated which may be a problem or maybe they have a way to get around that issue.

    I only have limited knowledge so don't believe everything I say. Maybe KoH can get some more info on this.
