We've just recently passed the 100M Market Cap. Who cares?
A lot of insto's may/probably would now. Why?
The IMA's (Investment Management Agreements) of their Managed Funds.
An IMA for a Managed Fund is virtually a mandate that says things like:
No more than 5% NAV in Cash.
No less than 95% NAV in Equities.
All holdings GICS sector holdings can not deviate from the BM by more than 10% of NAV.
etc. etc. etc.
A common one is minimum Market Cap holding!
A common minimum threshold for Market Cap is 100M.
AVQ:ASX may now fit into the Authorised Investments of alot of Managed Funds now that it has a Market Cap of 100M again.
Toot Toot!
