    Under different circumstances, I would agree with your line of reasoning...however in this instance the senior Geo SM purchased 1 million units for a total of A$54,000... representing a significant share of his after tax annual income...Xstata's 15% of AVB share register would effectively prevent a T/O from hostile parties...
    IMO leading me to believe there is potentially a more profound significance, than whats being advertised... Alternately, happy to stand corrected if wrong...
