(pickle1): One just never knows for sure... Would be indeed a lovely surprise but I believe it when I see it happen.
In another strange twist of events that might happen: Anadarko "walked" away in Malta for obvious reasons. How about them entering now in off-shore Kenya. At least PCL knows the company already!
