I'm no expert in TO bids but I like this theory. Having Sensera seperate/disassociated to Nanodx to the broader public reduces risks for both companies if the COVID sensor/test goes wrong. If something goes wrong, one bad reputation doesn't affect the other's.
So, to add fuel to this fire/line of questioning, if the COVID test is successful (which there is no reason to doubt) big fries could start coming from all directions.
Either the future projects provide fruitful for this company or, you're right, somebody possibly wants to take charge of it.
