    Any budding chartists out there....looks like a significant breakout to me.

    With two elections this year this company will pick up major project work to supplement the core businesses so expect a big jump in profit and more acquisitions.

    Will pay a 5-6c FF divvy in a few months.

    The institutions are getting interested again in this value/growth stock.
