From a brief look at their site, they look to have fairly different offering to LNU. Seems more pitched at broadcasters to streamline video production and distribution and all relies on someone sitting behind a desk to do it all. Can't see anything there about personalisation, highlights or end users having any control. Why do you see them as a competitor?
