They will be hoping for better grades and depths than this. I'm 25yrs in the alumina business and I don't know of anybody that ships 25%. In fact I don't know of anybody that refines 25%. One West African resource I know of which is undeveloped is 450mt @ 46% alumina and 2% reactive silica. Not exactly apples with apples comparison but that's the competition!
