The fall in the share price is probably due to the company's comments that marketing costs will increase to 2.2% of TTV vs normal band of 1.5 - 2.0%, as per the ASX release of October 12. The market has probably interpreted this as a downgrade to 1H13 numbers.
On $390m of TTV for the first half (say) this equates to ~$1.9m of extra costs in 1H13. PBT in 1H12 was only $8.5m so this is a pretty material number, even if the higher costs are expected to be only temporary.
