You are correct, it is risky. If the gold mine doesn't perform as expected, shareholders will likely suffer big loses. As always, debt equals danger, and AIS will have $60 million debt. However, as I said before, AIS had no choice and they had to take the plunge. The purchase of Cracow makes sense. Let's just agree that it is a risky strategy. Time will tell if it works out......I believe it will....
