Understanding gold exploration companies/juniors is really, really simple.

Understanding the current market volatility is really, really simple as is how that effects juniors/spec stocks more than companies in production with cash flow.

Understanding there are 5 gold producing companies within close proximity - in a high gold jurisdiction around MEEKATHARRA known area with historical cash positive workings is really simple.

Understanding the GWH is of no concern in the overall current resource definition studies is also really simple.

Understanding 10 million tiny AUD buys little in current exploration cost terms.

Understanding there is no scouts guide book on junior gold exploration companies is really, really simple. Anyone slightly knowledgeable is aware of what is required to achieve results worthy of proving up a resource and developing a gold mine regardless open cut - underground.
There is a resource there worthy of such or there is not. At present the company is working drilling campaigns in a large number of specific high anomoly airborne geo data and past workings that are returning very positive results - which BTW management are working their backsides off and reporting and being absolute in transparet. Perhaps they will do commercial adds on local WA TV for anyone unhappy and need tucking into bed each night. Maybe mail out large laminated large pics for shareholders to post on their ceiling of that one ridiculously good drill core sample - which we know are rare but hardly worthy of mine development - unless nearby grades prove such and/or a substantial vein is found. Looking fine to me - so is SP for picking off.

Anyway great chats here which a forum should be exactly that - thoughts - opinions - not a great deal of understanding at times however when one has been involved in the industry at various levels = well better than a bed time light read book in understanding - how many very worthless AUD required to prove up a gold resource worthy of exploitation - to USD - and how long for pay back period - and yes there will be dilution obviously - early days. We are a very long way off a company with 4 billion shares out and still pumping potential for a lifestyle company/management for which there are many - and a particular name in board (and all his wealthy followers whom have made buckets) does not operate/survive on the for mentioned lifestyle companies.
