    It appears that PCE is collecting capital to go forward with the co-operative agreements announced yesterday.

    Others are putting their money where their expectations lie.Several million dollars is enough to fund quite a few batteries especially as the ES Link announced yesterday reduces the need for capital to cover all costs of installation directly.
