My analysis says the Monday announcement MAY well be linked with the Tuesday announcement. ES Link has the Liberman family as its principal shareholder, and if my memroy serves me correct, they have been on PCE's shareholder list before.

Whatever future PCE has now, finding a decent slug of working capital was a MUST. The guys who've kept this going for so long can only have pockets so deep. Time to bring a decent financial house on board. Seems to me that you're being a bit harsh and should really thank management for getting on with raising money . . something all former boards have failed to do. Or are you convienently forgetting that?
