I agree with you.
We might just have fine grained thin sandstone layers with limited permeability. Ie a condensed thin heavily cemented clastic sequence.
But this well is just one of a handful of deeper wells drilled in the SB.
Worth a punt.
And dry gas doesn't need high K to flow
