Always good to see significant holdings held by certain management in Pen.
From what I can see of the shares held and aquired from previous announcements either Directly or Indirectly.(not options)
Executive Chairman Gus Simpsons holdings total 17,200,000 shares through Geohen Investments Pty Ltd(13,900,000) and Etchell Capital Pty Ltd(3,300,000)
Non Executive Director Malcom James holdings total 9,943,000 shares through Jennie Colleen James(6,193,000) and Terasse(WA)Pty Ltd(3,750,000)
I could be wrong but it looks like they have not sold any shares and have only continued to increase them. A good sign imo.
