if the u was driving the stock, the sp would have jumped. Based on $40/kg this 115mlbs would be worth $2.0bln in the ground. Deduct cost to get it out and you still have more than enough value to justify a $1 - $2 share price.
This is ignoring Argentina, Maree and any other assets.
