I cant help you with the grades but the relative proximity to a railway is one thing that has got my interest at elevated levels. Having been an early investor in MGX and TTR I know the worth of a railway line.
In the early days MGX eas hauling iron ore by road around 300kms from Tallering peak to the port at Geraldton until they got their own rolling stock and more support from the railway operator.
TTR was an almost overnight sucess when every one woke up to its close proximity to the ADE - DAR railway line.
Think about the problems with BHP & Rio refusing to share their railway lines.
The only downside is that the ann talks about Magnetite not much about Hematite. Magnetite requires a lot more capex to carry out a benification process to lift the average Fe grade from mid 30% to >60-65%. We are talking at least a billion or two in capex.
Still a very interesting ann in a world crying out for more Fe.
