I have to disagree with you that "some serious questions need to be raised against senior management" over the 5 months of "nothing".
As we all know Intec took it upon itself to work out how Stage 1 and Stage 2 could be combined. Their technical staff, in whom I have complete confidence, worked on the project to uncover problems and procedures before handing the findings to ASCI and GHD. The in-house investigation was to save costs I expect since the Prelim Final gives a figure of $1.1 million for "Engineering and other consultants expenses" Page 2. There will still be some expense since, once the tech team finished it was handed over to ASCI and GHD for independent costing.

Now if you think the Intec tech team took "forever" to work things out bear in mind that Intec gave the task to ASCI and GHD in the September quarter last year and their report was handed to Intec in late April this year. The tech team are not slackoes and Philip would have been right there urging them on to complete the job but making as sure as possible that no /few problems remained.
Remember Intec has always said that economics would only be released after finance had been negotiated.
Yes I am waiting for something to be released also but it is a waiting game.
Note Deidre that for the past few days my "sentiment" has been "none" but I have again changed to "Buy".
