these are the office locations for Arup - http://www.arup.com/offices.cfm. By the looks of it they are not a small time operator. (Arup) have obviously done their homework to move forward with ESI on this apointment of global partner. I'm also assuming that Arup would only move forward if ESI have strong demand for product if they can get plant operational and fairly quickly. Share price in the twenty cent range I think by June 2008 (3 months) is very achievable but yes of course just my opinion.
