yeah not very clever - share price was 25c - they killed 20% of value to bulk up, why not use debt buy 1-2 farms then place at 22-23c for a couple of mill ...
so TERP is 22.5 roughly - 25 cum, plus 1 for 1 at 20 = 22.5
20% discount for a property issue is a joke,
i have followed this for a while but have not bought till now avg 21 and a bit
