I think there going to have to learn how to conserve cash.
They seem to have been operating off low cash levels for a while.
My bet is they are hoping recent exploration in CI or RSG's JV activities will bring some good news and a sp rise before attempting to raise again??
More JV's may be on the card's also as mentioned in RSG ann.
Either way I think we'll see some more news before that happens imo.
