After years of watching, buying, selling, waiting, it's hard not to come to the conclusion the this is just the O'Neill's personal gravy train.
Sure they will probably dig some silver out of the Hills at some stage, but why go to all that trouble when cap raising is a so much easier mining activity !!!

With MMN history in mind it would seem prudent to approach O'Neill II (FNT) with the proverbial 10 foot pole
