I get the impression McNeil is holding off becoming a producer. Why might that be? A couple of reasons spring to mind -

- Can't find the staff / equipment
- Would rather sell the property off and concentrate on exploration than deal with the 'boring' job of operating a mine.

Whatever, the delays to production have not been explained adequately.
