McNeil is never backward in pumping, but when the news is bad he is just speachless apart from some more Ho Ho stuff.
One only have to look at past ASX announcements to get the drift.

Here we have some price sensitive information and they sit on their hands till they read about some dissatisfaction on chat room boards.

– just to make sure that G64 & JohnMcC fully understand the abbreviation:
Environmental Protection Agency.

And the issues with EPA were not worth reporting?
This was nothing new, the word was out there, but did MMN announce in a timely manner?

And the delay in commencement of mining was not worth reporting?
Price sensitive and not worth reporting?

This is MMN’s way of keeping shareholders and the market informed informed.
