low pe means low growth prospect which means market thinks it can go lower...when small companies promise and dont deliver this is what can happen to them.

i still would like to know why Val like's it?? considering Val started this thread

value investing means buying something thats cheap that has potenial to go up.Could it be via policy changes that effect their industr,technolgy etc.
