Imagine if now that the hedge funds have had their way on the way down they had pushed it to its limit and then with their profits just decided to buy the damn company. People have made billions out of the short. If I had a couple of hundred million I'd buy the damn thing, pour a couple of hundred million into their coffers to repay debt and if they half the debt they currently do and even 5-10% operational improvements they easily re-rate to $1-2 meaning even if you bought the company for $100mil, serviced $400mil in debt.
