Talentless, interesting thought re PXG/KMC. Appreciate your posts, keep 'em coming.

I fully expect KMC to achieve their target of 1Moz - although their timeframe for achieving this might be a little ambitious.

On another note:

KMC are unfortunately in a bit of a conundrum. CD has indicated the mill will be debt funded.

Great! I say.. thinking "borrowing is cheap atm, and it negates the need for dilution."

Then, as I consider it further, it is apparent that debt funding, whilst saving us from dilution, also reduces broker interaction. Brokers make plenty of $$$ out of capital raising, but nothing out of debt funding.

IMO This is part of the reason why KMC buy depth is weak... Lack of broker support/low profile.

Dont get me wrong..... I'm happy with the concept of not diluting shareholders, and I'm not an advocate for Cap Raisings, but Perhaps a split of debt:equity might have been a better way to go? Allow the brokers to make some coin, get some new holders in at decent levels and raise the profile of the company. Thoughts?

IMO the major other reason for a lack of movement in the SP is uncertainty re:costs. How much profit are we really making?

Lots of figures have been thrown around but only one thing is known for sure.

No-one knows!

What we do know is that there is a huge potential to reduce our crushing/transport costs in the short term and milling costs in the medium term. Furthermore gold prices appear to be holding well and there is plenty of talk about further positive movement.

We, unlike many others, have the advantage of being able to use existing drives and the parallel lodes scenario, will see us using existing drives as access for new drives, again cutting development costs.

Careful and smart operation are what will make this mine profitable for the next decade. With cash flowing in Management will be able to expand the company without having to continually ask shareholders to put their hands in their pockets.

V. happy with how KMC are travelling atm, but more support/publicity would be good.
