Resource upgrade is important because they needed better resource with oxides to improve the grade and overall mining cost...they clearly did not find it..no mention of oxides at all in rdpecent doscoveries...cash cost is going go very much higher in pfs...not sure about the economics of the projects...bidders at above $1 still not turning up...might tell u something....
