Marketgenius what do you mean its 'clear they weren't showing results because there was nothing positive to show.' The infill drill results from which this resource upgrade were derived from were released to the market some time ago in November.
Now would be the worse time to be raising funds imo. Gold sector sentiment is extrememly low, COT is bullish. Fair chance of a rebound in the gold price. AMX have the funds to keep going for over a year I would say so why raise capital now ?
