I agree that it is positive that Kitto bought some shares.
However, the $50k he spent is small relative to what he has received as CEO of AMX over the last few years. Lets not forget that $50k would have only got you 25k shares when the share price was at $2.00 - hardly a significant number of shares back then.
I would not read anything into it, unless Kitto spent a really large sum relative to what he has been paid.
