I suppose readers recall that on 3 March 2010 KOR announced the ASHBURTON DOWNS COPPER PROJECT - incl refs to 3 DD holes - DDH1 3.7 metres at 1.32% copper from 105 metres depth. Previous work indentified extensive VMS-style copper and gold mineralisation. The principal focus of past exploration has been evaluation of the Mt. Elephant gossan which is anomalous in copper and gold. Main Mt. Elephant gossan crops out as a linear ridge 500 metres long and up to 15 metres wide.
There was no mention in the April 2010 quarterly and no mention in an April 2010 presentation.
So now they say the mineralization style relates to the Zambian copper belt.
Does anybody know what exploration company did the earlier work that KOR has just announced discovering ?
