Hard to credit it has not had a hole or three poked into it - but funny things happen in mineral exploration.
Copper does tend to spread itself around in the weathered zone - some nice golds - I wonder why th' ^%$*%* they are spending money on MMI ? Surely the imperative is to get some shallow holes here n there along the beast.
MMI might be applied to track a mineralized sequence where it dives under cover.
But if you can walk around kicking this stuff as they seem to be describing - ring the drill contractor.
