Most placements would kill the sp short term and mean no capital in from options conversions. So a placement when there is no immediate need for funds based on what we know does not make much sense.

Could be something to put the options really in the money and funds raised through option conversion end April. Shareholder base would be widened for future fund raising before more mining activity.

ASX ann said halt until announcement or opening Wednesday i.e. 7a.m. Perth time hence announcement could be out tonight.

I am not exercising my mind on LEG until the announcement is released. Speculation is just that -speculation.
