Grabs, Teck started drilling last year and got down to around 200m and had to stop due to the wet season. They recommenced drilling on 22nd June 2012. They planned on drilling around 4 holes with planned depths around 400-600m near the Myrtle deposit. These holes have now been completed and results are due in 4 weeks time. It looks like they are waiting for all assays to be received before making an announcement.

Teena looks like a significant discovery in itself and that's backed up by Teck's intentions on drilling it ASAP. It is deep and that's going to affect CAPEX. The potential seems to be there. It's only 10km from Mc Arthur River which could potentially have substantial implications for reducing CAPEX if a deal was made.

Xstrata is currently opening up Lady Loretta near Mt Isa, they are going to be mining up to 500m depth. The Xmen obviously see the medium-long term demand for zinc/lead.

MMG are also thinking about developing Dugald River. Its extends to depths larger than 1000m. Its sub-vertical though so a lot different than what we are looking at here.
